2-Step Bird Punch

There is a whole lot of "casing" (coping and sharing) going on with the following 2-step bird punch examples.  Fortunately, as a Demonstrator it is a pleasure to work with a company and other Demonstrators who embrace the "Statement of the Heart" as their motto.  I thought I would post it here for you today:

This was cased from Nancy Littrell.  We made it in March Hostess Club along with the following 2 cards.  How I made it:
Stamp Sets:  Petal Pizzaz, Bella's Bloom
Inks:  Always Artichoke (craft), Close to Cocoa
Cardstock & DSP:  Very Vanilla, WW, Always Artichoke, Close to Cocoa, Old Olive DSP and Always Artichoke DSP
Accessories:  2-Step Bird Punch, Extra Large Flower Punch, Embossing Powder (for leaves), Medium Oval Punch, Scallop Oval Punch, horizontal slot punch, white satin ribbon

Cased from Petal Pusher.  This is how I made it:
Stamp Sets:  Charming, Picture This
Inks:  Chocolate Chip
Cardstock & DSP:  Taken with Teal, Sweet Pea DSP, So Saffron, Pumpkin, WW
Accessories:  Pumpkin Pie Ribbon, 1 3/4", 1 1/2", 1" Circle Punches, Mat Pack, Linen Thread, 2-Step Bird Punch, Word Window Punch, Modern Label Punch, Scallop Trim Border Punch

The Sand bird sees his shadow....another Hostess Club card.  For this one we made our own stencil by punching a piece of acetate.

Stamp Set:  Whimiscal Words
Cardstock and DSP:  Barely Banana, Brocade Blue, Brocade Blue DSP
Inks:  Brocade Blue, Close to Cocoa (used to sponge)
Accessories:  Tear Ruler, sponges, 2-step bird punch, the stencil you create with your punch, Stampin' Up! gray and black marker

Another example of how I used the 2-Step Bird punch and the extra large Flower punch together....this time on one of my Scrapbook pages.

Colors:  Tangerine Tango, Summer Sun, Kiwi Kiss
Stamp Sets:  Big Deal Alphabet, Rough Edges Alphabet (both retired), Very Thankful, Big Flowers (retired)
Accessories:  Circle Punch, Scallop Trim Border & Corner Punch, Square Punch (to make banner)

2-step Bird Punch Tropical Flower with Tangerine Tango and Kiwi Kiss (both retired, but very much a favorite of mine)

And here is my Clown made with the 2-Step Bird Punch.  Cased from Technique-Freak.  I just used a leftover scrapbook stack to put this together since I was playing.  I made another one for St. Patrick's Day shown below.  Again it was made with leftover scraps.

I love both of these new punches....well, what can I say, I love all of the Stampin' Up! punches.  There are so many unique creations we can make with them.  Have fun!

Denise Foor
