Stampin' Up! Anywhere Glue Sticks

Stampin' Up! Anywhere Glue Sticks
This glue stick is a great economical choice for scrapbooking and card making. It's acid free, so it's safe to use on scrapbook pages. It’s also safe and easy for kids to use. The rectangular design makes those hard-to-reach areas reachable. With these glue sticks, you can even get into corners!

I love this glue stick for use on all kinds of chipboard, vellum and other papers....it is the very best adhesive.  It is so easy to get to the edge an to every corner of your project because it is a rectangle....Love that.  Anyway, my tip to keeping your glue sticks hydrated....

Keep them in a zip-lock bag until you need them and I add a baby wipe.  The moisture keeps them really moist and ready to use.  No worries about the glue drying out even in the hotest environment.

Here is another tip, shared by a fellow demonstrators, Darlene McCallum and Marti.  She had purchased several Stampin' Up! glue sticks to have on hand for a project. She had a few extra ones that she did not use for at least 12 months. Much to her dismay, she opened one and found that it had dried up.

Open the top and make sure the glue is just below the edge of the tube. Turn the tube upside down in a glass of water. The glass should have enough water to just cover the white plastic. Let this set over night. In the morning, your glue stick will be rehydrated - ready to use again. Just dry the tube off and away you go.
