Thankful Banner

SU Stars Blog Hop

You probably arrived here from Karen Gibson Krafting with Karen located here

Your next hop is to Robin's Craft Room located here.

Here is the lineup for this month's blog hop:

1. mycraftingtherapy.blogspot.com

Thankful Banner

Stamp Sets:   Fine Feathers, Loving Thoughts, Seasonal Sayings, Perfectly Preserved

Papers and Inks:  Cajun Craze, More Mustard, Early Espresso, Whisper White, Orchard Harvest Designer Series Paper, leftover pieces from the Howl-O-Ween Printer's Tray Kit Accessories Pack

Tools and Accessories:  Big Shot, Snow Flurry Die, Buttons, Baker's Twine, Alphabet Die, Apothecary Accents Framelits,  Designer Rosette Die, Fine Feathers, Holiday Ornaments Framelits, Labels Collection Framelits, Circle Punch, Tulle

TIP:  Banners are a great way to make something nice and use up extra bits and pieces of items that are leftover from cardmaking or scrapbooking.

I used the stamp set, Fine Feathers, almost like a background stamp by placing all of the images on a large clear block and stamping the pennants in More Mustard.

Here is my Thankful Banner above the window in my Studio.  I challenge myself to make one for each season and hope to get to the point where I have one for each month of the year!

Several questions on how the banner hangs.....the rod is a regular drapery rod and they sell the clip hooks in the same department.  You can find them at JC Penny's, Target, etc.  The clips are study enough to hang drapes so they will hold Scrapbook pages and more.  HTH.  It's a great way to display a banner or your current projects.

Hope you enjoyed this tour today. Remember to sign up for my Feed or add me in your Favorites/Bookmarks and check back often. Your comments are always appreciated. Thanks so much.
