Crayon Resist Technique

As promised yesterday, here is my quick photo tutorial on the Crayon Resist Embossing Technique.  Here is my card from yesterday:

This is a blue crayon with Pistachio Pudding ink.

Begin by embossing your Whisper White card stock and finding your crayons.

Choose your color and remove the paper wrapper.  This makes it so much easier to use.

Rub your crayon over the raised image.

Use a sponge or Dauber to rub the ink onto the card stock.  Use a tissue to wipe off excess ink from the crayon (where the ink will be resisted by the crayon).

Play around with color combinations.  Both of my samples use 2 colors, but you can mix and match with 2, 3 or more colors.  Have fun and experiment.
